We love Tahini! We like to eat it with pita bread and veggies, we like to eat our salad with Tahini dressing. We can even make desserts using Tahini! If you are just getting to know this unique condiment you might want to start with a Classic Tahini recipe.
- ½ cup of tahini
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients and stir very well.
It will become whiter in color and thicker consistency.
Keep stirring until it all combined.
If you want to use it as a dip for veggies you might want to keep it thick. If you want to use it as a salad dressing you can add a little more water and stir again until it has more runny consistency.
